File licensing
Your license
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license to build one home from your design and to share the files with your builder, engineers, consultants and building department for that purpose.
Restrictions
You may not resell the plans or offer them as stock plans. Contact us about builder or multi-lot licensing.
