What we provide
AI House Genie generates software-produced residential concept and pre-engineering drawings from information you provide. Drawings are not stamped, sealed or reviewed by a licensed architect or engineer, and they are not approved by any building department.
Your responsibilities
You confirm lot dimensions, setbacks, easements, HOA rules and utility availability. Before permitting or construction, have the design reviewed by licensed Arizona professionals and obtain any structural calculations, soils report, energy compliance and sealed documents your jurisdiction requires.
Accuracy
Code checks cover items that can be measured on the drawing and the code editions we have researched for your jurisdiction. Local amendments change. Always confirm with your building department.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the design package.
